yea there is all you hgave to do for slow mo or speed up is right click the video clip and then click on properties and it would be under playback. then if u want slow mo it would be .5 or .75 etc.

yea behind bars is pretty sick. Its mostly like creeper just not as steep. It has a cool drop thing at the end. the drop is very small, but it looks cool. I will be there on saterday too. have you heard of the trail keener? guess who its named after.
